Martynas Marcinkevičius is a psychiatrist, he is a head of Vilnius primary mental health centre, and the director of Mental Health Management association. In 2015-2019 he participated in many initiatives dedicated to support the development on psychosocial rehabilitation in the parts of Ukraine, affected by military actions.
